If you're getting ripped off by Mark and his websites you can send him a cease and desist letter and file a DMCA (Digital Millennium Copyright Act) complaint against him for copyright infringement. You may want to run it by a lawyer first to make sure and CYA.

Many of your posts have been stolen from you by a lowlife scammer Mark Osterholt. Please help me track this clown down and run him into the ground.

I will be spending the day tomorrow tracking down the owners of each and every post on those websites to let them know their material is hijacked. Many of you will be getting emails or comments on your blog. If you don’t get one, don’t be complacent I may just not have gotten to it.
